NEW ERAFINANCIALThe complete recruiting machine — cold market, warm market, referrals. Every install numbered. Every script in the site. Hand this to a builder on Day 1 and they can run the whole operation themselves. No interpretation needed.
LLC gate → ad testing → max sponsor → high-intent double apply
COLD MARKETIG BOOST$20/day test-and-ride, DM automation, same funnel
COLD MARKET · ADVANCEDMETA ADS$100+/day or don't touch it
WARM MARKETINBOUNDThey saw you winning. FORD prescreen → throw the bone
WARM MARKETOUTBOUND — THE NETNever recruit them. Make them ask why you didn't.
FOREVER CHANNELTAPROOT / REFERRALS$500 a head. Every taproot's taproot. Never-ending chain.
Every recruiting call is a discovery call. Find pain points. Find the why. Find the vision. You are always in control of the conversation, and you always get to the close. Nobody should ever be interviewing YOU.
We create fear of missing out every single time. We present the reality, the cons first, and let them fight to get in. If you're chasing, you already lost the frame.
Recruiting calls happen at the end of the day — never during dial blocks, never during money-making activities.
"Recruiting gets you paid every quarter. Production gets you paid every single month." Production funds the ads, the leads, the systems. Never forget which one pays fastest.
"You don't know if someone's gonna really align with the culture until you let them INTO the culture." Let them in — anyone willing to get their test done gets the shot. Then watch what they DO, not what they said. The work decides.
Nobody respects a standard you don't live. Don't ask a recruit if they want $40K months if you've never had one. Don't preach work you're not doing. Your standard is only as strong as your own tape.
Everybody gets a chance — but the evaluation starts the second you hire them, not when they show up. Takes a month to come into the office? Already on thin ice. Two days in and cut, and he says "I just got here" — no: "I watched how you move. No urgency. No communication. You didn't study the script, didn't train, didn't do shit."
Urgency = leash length. The fast mover earns more time to get it together. The slow mover already told you everything.
VERBATIM Cold market scripts and interview scripts are run word-for-word. 400-Rep Method.
DIRECTIONAL Warm market scripts are directional — hit the points, in order, in your own voice. Key lines stay verbatim.
Indeed · IG Boost · Meta — pick your channel install below
The ad's only job is to get them here. Short breakdown + the ask.
Application feeds your CRM. No CRM or application link? Send them to Calendly — with mandatory prescreen questions on the booking. The Calendly IS the prescreen.
AI bot or the Prescreen Ladder below. Score 90+ = 1:1 on your calendar. Below 90 = BOM.
Two videos, ~30 min. Reminders at booking, 24 hrs before, and morning-of — every reminder repeats the confirm rule. No "[Name] + appointment time + WATCHED" text = the call doesn't happen. They're not taking it seriously.
Discovery-call style. Cons first. Filters on. Offer A/B/C.
Intake form live on the call → portal email hits their new business address → New Agent Success (or YOU) takes over.
In office / on Discord ASAP. Ten steps ahead by test day.
Inbound: they saw you posting + winning and reached out. Outbound: you cast the net over them. Either way — same machine from here.
Family · Occupation · Recreation · Dreams. Discovery only. Vet the why — family/level-up moves forward, money-only/vices out.
Watch link, two videos, ~30 min. "Shoot me a text when you're all in." No-hard-feelings close + the $500 referral throw — every call.
They text back = they passed the gate. No text = no chase. It's just business.
Straight to your personal booking link. Hiring call is ALWAYS Zoom or in person — educate what we do first, cons first, read the lean-in.
Grade sheet → offer → portal → New Agent Success → orientation → office/Discord ASAP.
The AI bot (or you, manually) grades every cold applicant. Score 90+ books a 1:1 on your personal calendar. Below 90 goes to the Business Overview Meeting (BOM). Warm market always goes straight to a 1:1. The hiring call is ALWAYS Zoom or in person — you need to see their face when you say the hard parts.
The Business Overview Meeting is the group-format lane: lower-scored applicants watch the business overview together (video + walkthrough + Q&A), run on the BOM deck and scripts — you or your admin runs it, batched, so your 1:1 calendar stays reserved for the 90+ scores. Who shows up, locks in, and engages gets graded and earns the 1:1. Who doesn't, filtered themselves at group cost, not your-calendar cost. It's the same funnel — the BOM just protects your hours.
Before ANY interview, they watch the two videos (~30 min total) at watch.newerafinancial.co. They must confirm they watched — or the meeting cancels. Cold market: automated ("text WATCHED or auto-cancel"). Warm market: personal ("shoot me a text when you've watched, tell me you're all in"). No confirmation = no meeting = no time wasted. They're not serious. Next.
No CRM, no AI bot, no auto-cancel? Put this in your Calendly description: "Please text this number 'WATCHED' once you have watched both videos to confirm your appointment. If you do not do this, your appointment will be canceled." Their confirmation text should include their name, appointment time, and the word WATCHED. You grade applicants yourself with the Grade Sheet in the Interview section. Every automated step in this site has a manual version — no excuses.
You never take a hiring call blind. Prescreen somehow — always. The higher-intent the person, the less work you do and the less you scramble through every lead. Pick the highest rung you can run:
Rung 1 — Two-call structure (most engaging — the standard): Call 1 = prescreen/discovery. Call 2 = hiring call. Same structure as warm market, applied to cold.
Rung 2 — Admin prescreens: your admin runs the prescreen call or prescreens by text; you only take the hiring call.
Rung 3 — Text prescreen: no admin? A few qualifying questions over text before any call gets booked.
Rung 4 — Calendly questions AS the prescreen (zero budget): can't afford a landing page or application? Put mandatory prescreen questions on the Calendly link itself. They must answer to book — and HOW they answer tells you exactly who you're getting. That replaces the first call entirely.
For the application form AND the "Reserve Your Spot" Calendly (Rung 4). Phone number comes off the ad platform — don't re-ask it. Short answers force them to actually write — and HOW they write is half the read. The whole set makes the wrong people prescreen themselves out, so you never waste a call on a body.
Speed of submission = urgency. Length and effort of the short answers = how bad they want it. The scarcity line ("2–3 per month") isn't fake — it makes the right ones sell themselves and the wrong ones quit at the form. Score what comes in on the Initial/Prescreen grade sheet — Section 11.
You cannot run Indeed employer ads without an LLC and, most of the time, proof of a business bank account under that LLC. Chase Bank is generally the best one to run. Get the LLC done-for-you at legalzoom.com, or have ChatGPT/Claude walk you through filing it yourself (cheapest route). Handle this FIRST.
Split targeting: roughly half your city, half your state. Example: 3 ads targeted San Antonio, 3 targeted Texas. Favor markets with hustlers.
Whichever 1–2 ads perform best — that's your winner. Kill the rest.
Switch the winner to a full sponsored ad at whatever Indeed says max funding is. Sponsor the shit out of it. Expect $50–$100+/day minimum while sponsored.
Their name, thank you for applying, then the business in 4 sentences (script below), then the link to apply DIRECTLY to us — your landing page/funnel or direct application.
They read the reality and applied twice. That lead flows into your CRM → AI prescreen → grade → route (90+ = your calendar 1:1, below = BOM) → WATCH gate → interview.
"Hey [Name] — thank you for applying. Quick rundown on who we are: we work in financial services — we sell life insurance and retirement products. We're a lead-based business: people fill out forms requesting information on life insurance and retirement, we buy those forms, we call them, we offer the product, and we close it. You make about a thousand bucks a sale. It's all virtual. [1–2 expectations, straight up.]
If this sounds like something you'd really still be interested in doing — here's the link to apply directly with us: [LINK]."
We build in person. Weight your screening toward people willing to come to San Antonio / Texas — or willing to travel in for Training Camp if virtual (see Hire→Launch).
Target local first — San Antonio, Texas, or major cities with hustlers.
(A) B-roll playing in the background with text tabs on screen — "What we do" · "How to make $20K a month*" · "Virtual sales" · "Get your life & health license." (B) You on camera talking about what we do. *See compliance note below.
Whichever boost pops off — put more money into that one and ride it as long as it keeps giving good feedback.
"I wanna learn more" → auto-sends the landing page link. Quick FAQ questions ("Is this a scam?" "What do y'all do?") → auto-answered, short answer + call to action → landing page.
The ONLY difference from Indeed: they're DMing you instead of filling out a form. Landing page → CRM → AI grade → WATCH gate → interview.
Answer DMs yourself with the same two moves: one short FAQ answer + the landing page link. Never pitch in the DMs — the DM's only job is to move them to the application.
If you're not willing to spend $100+/day — don't run Meta ads. It's a lot more complicated and complex than boosting. Start with Indeed and IG Boost, earn your way into Meta with production income. This channel is not self-serve for a new builder — talk to OAKMAN before launching.
Same local-first logic as everything else.
No DM step. The ad's only job is the click; the landing page's only job is the application.
CRM → AI grade → route → WATCH gate → interview.
Use whatever keeps tabs on people — a Google Form works. The tracking matters, not the tool. Upgrade the tooling after the channel proves out.
Inbound only exists if you're posting and visibly winning — stories, highlights, wins. Saturday social post minimum. No content = no inbound. Your feed is a lead source; treat it like one.
Family · Occupation · Recreation · Dreams. Short talk first — "How you been? How's the family?" Then pivot: "So I'm just curious — how's work been?" Then ask, ask, ask. Let them expose their real situation.
This call is discovery only. The business breakdown happens on the hiring call — not here.
GOOD: "I wanna provide for my family. I want more." Real pain, leveling up. DISQUALIFY: it's only about money, or feeding a vice — gambling, drugs, booze, chasing a quick buck. "That's not something you want around you. You want people trying to level up in their life."
Send the watch link. They text you when they've watched and they're all in. Then — and only then — send your Calendly booking link (personal Calendly is the default for warm market).
Scripts below. Every warm call ends this way — even a "no" becomes a scout.
"Here's what I'm gonna do, man. I'm going to send you a link. On this link there's two videos — watch those videos. If they make sense to you and you really wanna move forward after this, take thirty minutes of your time, shoot me a text, and tell me you're ready to move to the next step — or 'bro, I'm all in.' Then I'll send you a link and you can book on my calendar."
"And hey — no hard feelings, bro. If you watch all this and you're like 'this ain't really for me,' I won't be mad at all. We're still gonna be boys. It's all love at the end of the day."
"Even if it's not for you — now you understand what I'm looking for. If anybody ever comes to mind: I believe in what I'm building here so much, I will personally pay you a $500 referral fee once they're licensed and contracted. That's how much I believe in myself and my agency."
Run the Interview install — same system as cold market. Reiterate THEIR pain points and THEIR why from Call 1 in their own words. Break the business down simple — cons first (license cost, buying leads eventually, 10–12 hour days), then the upside. Force engagement: "How does that sound to you?" — "Sounds cool." — "Elaborate, bro. I wanna know you're actually listening."
The hiring call is ALWAYS Zoom or in person. Prescreen can be a phone call — the hiring call cannot. You need facial expressions. Watch what they do when you say chargebacks, lead investment, 10–12 hour days: lean forward = locked in. Back up / hesitate = flag it.
You cannot take any of this personally. They watch, cool. They don't, cool. It's just business. Next call.
You never recruit your outbound warm market directly. You cast the net OVER them. Run the same FORD call — then in the last 5–6 minutes, describe the exact person you're looking for, with real money on the table, and ask if they know anybody. The guys you really want will sit there thinking one thing: "Why the fuck isn't he recruiting ME?" That's exactly what you want.
1. They call you out: "Bro, what about me?" → Pivot: "Oh, my bad bro — I didn't know you'd be down for this. I didn't know this fits what you're trying to do." Now THEY sold themselves in.
2. They stay silent: They'll be watching your story, watching your wins. And they know there's $500 on the table for sending you somebody. Either way — the net is cast.
"So obviously I run a financial services agency — that's what we specialize in. Don't worry, I'm not trying to make you buy a course or a product or anything, bro. I'm not trying to get you to buy anything." Kill the sales suspicion on the spot — getting someone to buy is a different conversation.
"We sell life insurance and retirement products. Long story short — people fill out forms requesting information on these products. We call those people. Most of the time they're tire kickers, sometimes they want it. Our job is to convert or educate them — with a servant's heart. Sometimes the tire kickers become buyers, and the buyers are the buyers."
"Day in the life: you're dialing most of the day. Your job is to read the script, memorize the objections we've already handled. It's all virtual sales — you're in front of a screen, and we work all five time zones. Average deal makes you about a thousand bucks."
"You know how hard it is to find good workers, bro. That's what I'm having a tough time with right now — we have all the systems, everything in place. I just can't find hard workers. Real quick — if you know ANYBODY that fits this description, let me know."
"Guys we played sports with. Coach says something — 'Yes coach, I'm gonna get that done.' NOT 'yes coach, but…' The always-an-excuse guys? Not looking for that."
"Contagious to be around. Good energy, good vibe — and not 'always trying to get fucked up' good vibe. Positive mindset. Growth mindset."
"Willing to work 10–12 hour days, every day of the week, until the process clicks. They have to love the PROCESS more than the PRIZE. If they only care about the prize, they'll never get there — they don't respect the process."
Short version of Culture · Standards · Process · Vision. "And you know me, bro — this is what I'm about, in this order: Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance. Someone idolizing vices or money? Not in my organization. I don't want toxic bullshit in my organization."
"My average guy sells $15–20K his first month and makes $8–10K+. Once they invest in leads and go independent, more. My top guy is personally doing $50K a month in profit. This business can reward you very well — but disclaimer, bro: work ethic is REQUIRED."* Re-break the process one more time, simple: financial services, life insurance, warm leads, no cold calling.
"If you know anybody that fits that description and you bring them to me — I will personally pay you $500 out of my own pocket once they pass their test and they're contracted through. That's how much I believe in what I've built. And if YOU bring them, I know they're worth it — your word is your bond, bro. Every time. $500, every time."
"Boom. Love you, man. Talk to you later." Hang up. The net does the work now.
*When these numbers go in writing (ads, posts, DMs), attach the earnings disclaimer from the Standards section. Spoken on a personal call, keep the work-ethic disclaimer welded to the number — never state income without it.
Every person you touch — hired, passed, or referred — gets taprooted. Your homie's network. His homie's network. "Every taproot's taproot. A never-ending chain of giving people opportunities."
• Every warm call ends with the $500 throw — even (especially) the ones who pass. A "no" becomes a scout on payroll.
• $500 referral fee, paid personally, every time. Trigger: the referred person passes their test AND is contracted through. Not at application. Not at interview. Licensed + contracted.
• Client-side root tap feeds recruiting too: "Who are 5 people in your life that could use this same information?" — every appointment, no exceptions. 4 recruits/month × 25-name lists = ~100 fresh warm leads monthly.
It's proof of belief, not a bribe: "That's how much I believe in my business and the systems we have in place." Say it exactly that way. The fee sells the machine while it buys the referral.
"Appreciate you hopping on. Quick frame: this is a conversation, not a sales pitch. I want to learn who you are and see if this is a fit for both of us. I'll ask questions, you ask questions. We'll do a quick exercise so I can see how you move. We wrap in 45–60. Sound good? Let's go."
"Where'd you grow up?" · "Siblings — oldest, middle, youngest?" · "Two-parent household, or raised by mom/dad/grandparents?" · "What was that like?" · "Did you play sports — anything competitive?" · "What's the longest stretch you've stuck with something hard?" · "Who supports you running your own business?"
You're testing for REAL trials and tribulations — or was the hardest thing in their life that mom wouldn't buy them a toy? Effortless answers, no adversity = yellow flag. Tag silently.
"What's the one thing in your life you're sick of tolerating?" · "What happens in the next 30 days if nothing changes?" · "What's the bottleneck — money, time, situation?" · "Where do you see yourself in 30–90 days? 1–5 years? What's the ultimate goal?"
If it's ONLY about money — don't hire. The why has to be bigger. Family, legacy, leveling up.
License: "It's a $100–200 investment to the state. You willing to do that?"
Leads: "We have a Lead Assist program — but the following month, when you really start running your own business, you'll eventually be buying your own leads. You're okay with that, correct?"
Work ethic: "People running a business in our office work 10–12 hour days, 5–6 days a week. You wanting to do that?"
Any answer comes back soft — they exit themselves. That's the design.
It may take a month or two to grow into that spend. It may take six months. It's their journey — no judgment, as long as they're hitting the basics.
"We get about a hundred thousand leads in every week. We dial these leads. You read the script we made, close them motherfuckers, and do that shit every single day. Some days you close zero. Some days one. Some days three. It takes most people 90 days to develop a good skill set — some do it in 30, some take six months. Depends on you and how serious you take the opportunity."
No other job: 10–14 days to get licensed. Has a job: one month.
"My top guys get this done in their first week. My average or below-average guy does it in 14 days plus. You decide where the fuck you wanna be."
What we run on: Coachability · Attitude · Work Ethic · Speed.
What we develop in every individual: Faith → Family → Fitness → Finance. In that order. That's what the culture is driven on.
Coachability is the most-lied-about trait — roleplay is the only way to see it live. Show the first 90 seconds of the FEX script. YOU read it first, verbatim — model it. They run it once (don't interrupt). Give ONE correction, not five. They run it again. Did Pass 2 actually change? That's the whole test.
"If I told you right now I'm hiring you — first thing you have to do is buy your state exam. $40 in Texas, roughly $100–250 total to get fully set up. That money goes to the State, not to us. Would that stop you? Would that be the gatekeeper?"
First reaction is truth. Immediate yes = ready. "That's tight right now" = not ready.
"Everything goes through your state's Department of Insurance, and part of getting licensed is a background check. Is that going to be an issue? Any DWIs? Anything else? I need to know upfront — the state will find it. I'd rather know now than have it surface mid-process."
"Most people pass the exam somewhere between the first and third try. Worst case you fail — you take it again. Not a big fucking deal. What IS a big deal is whether you tell me. Pass or fail, you let me know that day. The only thing that kills you here is going dark. Got it?"

The portal runs on LaunchBay (launchbay.com) today; it moves to NEO — New Era Operations — when it ships. The 24-hour exam-booking standard doesn't change either way.
They're in the culture from minute one.
They run the recruit through the test and everything after. No success person? That's YOU. Don't assume infrastructure — the machine runs either way.
They should be in the office the following day or that week — as fast as humanly possible. Run them through orientation (hired.newerafinancial.co): the boot camp, how to study the script, how to study for the exam, how to shadow the day-to-day. By the time they pass their test, they're ten steps ahead.
No other job? In the office every day. Has a job? In after work. Set the standard. Set the boundary. And remember — nobody respects a boundary you don't live yourself.
Virtual hires run Discord from day one — same orientation, same standard. Screen every virtual candidate for willingness to travel in. The pitch, set on the first call:
"Once you're licensed and contracted with carriers, you're going to travel down here and stay at least a WEEK for our in-person training camp. We break down everything — script, objection handling — trying to get you paid as fast as humanly possible. If you're crushing it that week, I'm probably gonna want you here another 1–3 months. After that — go back home, or move to Texas. Either way, by then you should be able to scale and run your own business, and you decide if you work IN the business or ON it."

"If you come down and you're not doing what you're supposed to do, not following the standard of procedures — you will be kicked from the office. You can work from Discord, and you bus or fly yourself back home." Only high-quality people who follow the standard and the process stay in the room.
Strikes for: missing Discord, missing EOD, missing call review, blowing a 24-hour response. Three strikes = stop investing time.
"The number one thing you can never get back is your time. You can always get back money. We don't invest money — we invest time. If they're not investing time back into us and their business, we stop investing time in them." This is the enforcement half of Watch How They Move.
One follow-up max before any 24-hour deadline. No response = removed. Want back in? 30-day waitlist to reapply.
You do not chase. You do not double-text. The deadline was the test — they failed it. Removal is the standard doing its job, and the 30-day waitlist means the door isn't slammed, it's earned.
